Bisetti Salt Stone Round ø 20 cm

With this Himalayan salt stone, you can cook delicious meals! The possibilities of the stone are endless. This salt stone is round, has a diameter of 20 cm, and is 3 cm thick.

• As a serving dish to serve appetizers, starters, vegetables, meat, or other food items.
• As a serving dish for cold dishes. Put the salt stone in the freezer for about 10 minutes. Then, you can place the stone on a plate and top it with sushi, meat carpaccio, fish carpaccio, sandwiches, pastries, semifreddo, or fruit.
• To keep food warm. Heat the salt stone in an oven at 60°C for 20 to 25 minutes. After removing the stone from the oven, you can place all pre-baked, previously cooked, or warm dishes on the salt stone to serve while keeping the food at the right temperature.
• To cook at the table. Preheat your oven to 250°C and place the stone in the middle of the oven on the rack. Let the salt stone heat in the oven for about an hour, then you can cook at the table.
• To roast in the oven. Do you want to bake or roast something in the oven? The salt stone is ideal, especially for baking fish. Place the fish fillet on the salt stone and roast the fish for about 20-25 minutes at a temperature not higher than 150°C.
• To cook on a gas flame. Place the salt stone in a non-stick pan or directly on the flame. Note: Only use on a small flame and preferably with a flame diffuser. Cook your food without adding salt and spices!
