The wood comes from old olive trees that hardly produce any olives anymore. Each knife is identical due to the wood.
The knife is formed from a single piece of Wusthof steel hardened to 58 Rockwell. The blade is made of stainless steel and is handcrafted by the experienced knife makers of Wusthof. The blade is 9 centimeters long. The knife comes in handy every time for cutting meat. The knife can be washed after use.
