This variant from the Spanish brand Valira is made of aluminum, making it nice and light. The pan has a non-stick coating that is completely PFOA-free. That's nice! PFOA is a toxic substance that is released at high temperatures. You definitely don't want that! This frying pan comes with a glass lid and two silicone handle protectors. These can be slid over the hot handles of the frying pan so that you can hold it without any worries.
The bottom of this frying pan has a magnetic, rust-free steel disc. This allows it to be used on induction cooktops. Gas and ceramic, halogen, and electric cooktops are also not a problem. The frying pan is ovenproof up to 260°C. Unfortunately, it is not dishwasher safe.
