This grill pan is made of aluminum and has a PFOA-free non-stick coating. That's nice! The substance PFOA is released at high temperatures and is harmful to health in the long term. The grill pan is suitable for use on any heat source and can also be used in the oven at temperatures up to 260 °C. Because a magnetic, stainless steel disc is incorporated in the bottom of the grill plate, induction cooktops are also not a problem. Ideal! The handles do not get hot during grilling on cooktops, so you can hold them without worries. The Valira oven mitts are ideal for removing the hot grill pan from the oven. Unfortunately, this grill pan is not suitable for cleaning in the dishwasher after use.
