Heating: Place the Blackwell pan in the oven or on the stove and heat it at a high temperature. Let the pan sit in the oven or on the stove for a certain period until the oil is fully absorbed. Tip, open the window!

Cooling: Let the Blackwell pan cool in or outside the oven and repeat the above process if necessary for an optimal non-stick coating!
