Equipment

Pizza stone
Pizza shovel
Pizza board
Pizza cutter

Ingredients

Pizza base
200 g tomato sauce
100 g grated cheese
7 slices of salami
Handful of mushrooms
Half a can of tuna
1 large tomato
1 ball of mozzerella
Italian herbs
Few sprigs of fresh parsley

BBQ Pizza

Light the barbecue.
Sprinkle some flour over the pizza stone and then place the pizza base on it. Fold the edges up a little, the sauce does not run off.
Brush the bottom with tomato sauce. Cover the pizza with grated cheese, salami, mushrooms, tuna, tomato and mozzarella. Sprinkle some Italian herbs over the pizza.
Place the pizza on the pizza stone on the grid of the BBQ. Close the lid and let the pizza bake well for 10 minutes. Finally, fry the pizza for another 5 minutes with the lid.
Cut into pieces and serve with fresh parsley!
