The Microplane Black Sheep medium ribbon Grater is designed to grate in both directions, allowing for a natural back-and-forth motion to create medium thin slices of vegetables such as zucchini, carrot, radish, cabbage, onion, and potato, as well as hard cheese and fruit, and chocolate for decorative garnishes.
The blade surface measures 13.6 cm x 5.7 cm and is coated with a PVD coating for extra scratch resistance. The anti-slip rubber handle provides increased safety and stability while grating.
