Do you often use cheese for pasta or fruit peels in various dishes? With a zester grater, you can finely shave or grate your favorite ingredients. This black Microplane grater has an extra sharp blade. This is due to the special laser technique that the Microplane brand uses for all their graters. This sets their graters apart from many other brands within and outside of Europe.
The blade surface has a length of 20 cm and has a fine structure. This blade is made of 18/10 stainless steel. An ergonomic handle with a soft-grip, made of plastic, is attached to the blade. In addition to cheese and fruit peels, you can also use the zester grater for chocolate, garlic, and peppers.
Microplane is a global brand for exceptionally sharp culinary utensils. Perhaps best known for their graters, the brand has revolutionised the way chefs and home cooks grate a wide range of ingredients for tasty, gourmet-style cooking and baking.
