The Microplane Premium Rasp Classic After Dark Grey is perfect for grating citrus fruits, hard cheese, chocolate, cinnamon, onion, garlic, and ginger. It is made of 18/10 stainless steel with razor-sharp edges and a razor-sharp laser-cut blade surface. The rasp has an ergonomic soft-grip handle, making it easy to hold, and can be protected in between uses with a plastic cover. The handle also has a beautiful dark grey color. After use, the rasp can be easily cleaned in the dishwasher.
