In the Gourmet series of the Microplane brand, there are several graters, including the Microplane Fine Grater. The graters from Microplane are the only graters that are laser-cut, which has a positive effect on the lifespan of the graters. The blade is made of 18/10 stainless steel, to which an ergonomic handle with soft grip is attached. This handle is made of plastic. The grater is suitable for grating and shaving cheese, chocolate, lemon and orange zest, ginger, and peppers, among other things.
