In the Gourmet series of the Microplane brand, there are several graters, including the Microplane Extra Coarse Grater. The graters from Microplane are the only graters that are laser-cut. This distinguishes the graters from many other brands and also has a positive effect on the lifespan of the graters. The blade is made of 18/10 stainless steel and is designed to be extra wide. The blade has a width of 10 cm and is therefore not suitable for the Microplane grater holder. The grater also has an ergonomic handle with a soft grip, which is made of plastic.
Microplane is a global brand for exceptionally sharp culinary utensils. Perhaps best known for their graters, the brand has revolutionised the way chefs and home cooks grate a wide range of ingredients for tasty, gourmet-style cooking and baking.
