Inject marinade directly into the meat with the MasterClass marinade injector. Using a marinade injector eliminates the need for the marinade to soak into the meat, preventing the marinade from being washed away by oil or fat. The injector is not only suitable for marinade, but can also be used for jam or other liquids. Be careful that the jam does not contain thick pieces.
Place the marinade injector in the marinade and remove the air from the injector by squeezing the black bulb. Release the black bulb to draw the marinade into the injector. Insert the needle 5 to 7 centimeters into the meat for the best result and puncture the meat in various places with the marinade. The amount of marinade you want to inject into the meat is up to you. Repeat the process when there is no more marinade in the injector. The injector can hold 60 ml of liquid.
