MasterClass Marinade Injector - 45 ml

Inject marinade directly into the meat with the MasterClass marinade injector. Using a marinade injector eliminates the need for the marinade to soak into the meat, preventing the marinade from being washed away by oil or fat. The injector is not only suitable for marinade, but can also be used for jam or other liquids. Note that the jam should not contain thick pieces.

Place the marinade injector into the marinade and remove the air from the injector. Then pull on the plunger of the injector (the top part) to draw the marinade into the injector. Insert the needle 5 to 7 centimeters into the meat for the best results and inject the meat at various spots with marinade. The amount of marinade you want to inject into the meat is up to you. Repeat the process when there is no more marinade in the injector. The injector can hold 45 ml of liquid and also comes with 2 needles.
