The products from the Jay Hill Tunea series are made with 100% olive wood. This natural product comes straight from old olive trees that are no longer producing olives.
Olive wood is one of the hardest woods available in the world. It is more hygienic than other wood types because it is naturally oil-coated. Various serving boards, spatulas and other kitchen help tools are available in the Tunea series.
Because of the different rings that are within the wood, each product will have a unique design. The products can also vary slightly in size. This gives a very unique touch to your kitchen. In order to keep the olive wood in top working condition, we recommend washing the products by hand. Soaking in water may also cause damage. Is the olive wood starting to lose it’s colour or dry out?
