This professional cutting board 'Pro' from Cookinglife is suitable for intensive use and is therefore also widely used in the catering industry. The colored cutting board can be used on both sides. This cutting board is available in the well-known catering colors - a separate board for each ingredient (natural=bread) to prevent cross-contamination. The cutting board is made of recyclable high molecular weight polyethylene, does not absorb (meat) juices and is also microwave resistant. After use, the cutting board can be placed in the dishwasher.
