The Coravin Sparkling™ wine preservation system for sparkling wine preserves the fresh taste and bubbles of your favorite sparkling wines for 4 weeks, so that the last glass tastes just as amazing as the first. Whether it's a glass of bubbles with dinner, celebrating the end of a long work day, or kicking off the weekend, now you can open any bottle of sparkling wine without hesitation.
This Coravin Wine Preservation System includes:
1. Install the Coravin Sparkling Stopper
After pouring as much sparkling wine as you want, raise the locking lever of the stopper all the way up to the unlocked position. Place the stopper on the opened bottle and firmly press the locking lever down until it is level.
2. Charge the bottle with CO2
Check if the pressure indicator is green, indicating that a Coravin Pure™ Sparkling CO2 capsule is installed. Place the charger on top of the stopper and press firmly. The pressure indicator will turn red to indicate that the bottle is ready to be charged. When the pressure indicator switches back to green, the bottle is fully charged.
Coravin was founded by Greg Lambrecht. He combined his knowledge of medical needles with his passion for wine to develop a unique wine storage system that allowed him to pour wine without removing the cork. The wine tastes as if the bottle has just been opened, even if it is years later.
It took him 8 years to launch the first Coravin wine storage system: Model C1000. With Coravin products, a wine lover will look at wine differently and discover a whole new experience!
