Cooking Asparagus

  • 2 kg of fresh white asparagus
  • 6 medium eggs
  • 125 g unsalted butter
  • 15 g fresh parsley
  • 200 g slices of ham


Peel the asparagus with a vegetable peeler or asparagus peeler. Cut about 2 cm off the end. Bring a large pot of water with salt to a boil and cook the asparagus for 10 minutes. Then take it out of the pot and place it on a serving plate. In the meantime, let the eggs boil for 8 minutes. Rinse the eggs under cold water and peel them. Cut the eggs into small pieces with a knife or egg cutter. Let the butter melt slowly in a saucepan. Finely chop the parsley. Finally, sprinkle the asparagus with ham, egg, butter sauce and parsley and enjoy!
