Christian Bitz can add the title designer to his already extensive CV with a wide range of cutlery, crockery and glass. When developing Bitz, he drew on the health knowledge he gained as a researcher, writer and teacher. In the development process, he used different textures, materials and colours to create a design that makes it easier to get a grip on your portions. The idea is, quite simply, to make it more fun and easier to be healthy in everyday life!
Christian Bitz is a presenter and expert in several Danish TV programmes, has an MSc in human nutrition and is research director at Herlev and Gentofte Hospital, where he is involved in numerous research projects and the development of patient nutrition.
Bitz originates from Denmark and was designed by Christian Bitz. The brand has an extensive range of tableware made from high quality ceramics and available in various earthy colours and beautiful shapes.
