This roasting pan from the Spanish brand Valira is made of aluminum, making it lightweight. The roasting pan is equipped with a non-stick coating that is completely free of PFOA. This substance is highly toxic and is released at high temperatures. You definitely don't want that! This roasting pan comes with a glass lid and two silicone handle protectors. The protectors can be slid over the hot handles of the pan, allowing you to safely remove the roasting pan from the heat.
In the bottom of the roasting pan, there is a magnetic, rust-free steel disc. This makes the pan suitable for use on induction cooktops. Gas, ceramic, halogen, and electric cooktops are also not a problem. This roasting pan is oven-safe at temperatures up to 260°C. Unfortunately, it cannot be cleaned in the dishwasher after use.
