With the help of a roasting pan, you can quickly put the most delicious dishes on the table! The Valira Aire Black Roasting Pan is perfect for that. The roasting pan has a compact size of 35 x 27 centimeters and is made of aluminum. This makes it very lightweight: also nice! Because the handles do not get hot during the roasting process, you can safely hold them to turn the roasting pan or remove it from the oven. The roasting pan is equipped with a PFOA-free non-stick coating. That's nice too! PFOA is released at high temperatures and is harmful to health in the long term. You certainly don't want that!
The bottom of the roasting pan is equipped with a magnetic, rust-free steel plate. This allows it to be used on induction cooktops. The roasting pan is also suitable for use on gas and electric, ceramic, and halogen cooktops. It is also ovenproof at temperatures up to 260 °C. Unfortunately, the roasting pan is not suitable for cleaning in the dishwasher after use.
