Are you already familiar with the delicious Spanish specialty paella? With the help of the Valira Paella Pan Aire Black, you can now easily make paella at home! This paella pan is made of aluminum, making it lightweight. It is equipped with a non-stick coating that is 100% PFOA-free. That's nice! PFOA is highly toxic and is released at high temperatures. That is of course not the intention! The handles of the paella pan do not get hot during cooking, so you can handle the pan without worries to turn it or remove it from the heat.
The bottom of the paella pan contains a magnetic, rust-free steel disc. This makes it suitable for use on induction cooktops. The pan can also be used on gas and electric, halogen, and ceramic cooktops. It is also oven safe up to 260 °C. Please note! Unfortunately, the paella pan is not dishwasher safe.
