The 2-step mechanism provides a leverage effect when opening bottles, making them easier to open. The corkscrew has simple instructions, as it only needs to be inserted into the cork and then the handle needs to be pulled up. The extra long beer opener with the 2-step mechanism ensures that the cork is pulled out in a vertical manner. The vertical movement prevents the cork from breaking or crumbling too quickly.
