Make a delicious breakfast with American pancakes, red fruits and some honey. The Nordic Ware dollar pancake pan silver is made of cast aluminum and has a non-stick coating.

The pancake pan from Nordic Ware is not dishwasher safe. Clean the pan after each use with warm water and soap. Do not use a scouring sponge, so that the non-stick coating is not damaged. It is not recommended to keep the pan moist for a long time, for example by soaking.
Heat the pan over medium heat and brush it with baking fat or oil. Pour 2 tablespoons of batter into each cavity. Flip the pancake with wooden, silicone or plastic kitchen utensils. Metal kitchen utensils can cause scratches.
