Report the damage to us within 24 hours
To avoid exploitation, we ask to be notified of the damage within 24 hours of delivery. After these 24 hours, it becomes increasingly difficult for us to determine whether the damage occurred during or after delivery.
Which category does your damage fall into?
Category 1 - Minor damage
With minor damage, you are eligible for compensation of 20%. If you don't agree with this, you can return the parcel.
Category 2 - Heavy damage and breakage
Please e-mail us and indicate how many items are damaged, whether you'd like the product(s) replaced or refunded.
Please add photos of the following:
- the packaging
- the damaged items
- the complete order slip
Your damage report can be sent to email@example.com, including your order number and damage category. You can expect a response within two working days.
If you do not provide all the required information, we will not be able to process your report.
