Give your knives back the initial sharpness they had with this knife sharpener from Blackwell! This knife sharpener makes it very easy to sharpen knives. This knife sharpener can be used for chef's knives, kitchen knives, paring knives, and meat knives. The two different stages ensure optimal sharpness! This knife sharpener has wheels, allowing you to pull your knife towards you and push it away from you. This combination will sharpen your knife optimally.
Note: Do not place the knife sharpener in the dishwasher or in water.
The knife sharpener sharpens the entire edge, from start to finish at an angle of 18°. Phase 1 sharpens dull knives again.
Step 1: Place the knife on the diamond wheel, apply light downward pressure, and let the knife run through the slot from heel to tip. Repeat this 2 to 4 times. The two different stages ensure an optimally sharp edge, allowing you to cut with pleasure again.
Step 2: This is a necessary step for removing any burrs on the knife and making it smooth and clear. Without pressure, run the blade through the ceramic wheel 4 to 5 times.
