The complete Girotondo series of products is designed by the design duo King-Kong, which in reality consists of the then young designers Stefano Giovannoni and Guido Venturini. They wanted to create understandable design as a counterbalance to the often complex designs of the old masters like Mendini and Branzi. Their simple cut-out figures, like children also cut, eventually appeared on a multitude of Alessi products and have since become true design classics! The letter holder is available in high-gloss polished stainless steel and orange.
