With the Alessi Parmenide, interior architect Alejandro Ruiz has designed the ultimate cheese grater with a collecting bowl. The Parmenide's shape is not only ergonomic but also serves as a decorative serving bowl on the table. The Alessi Grater with Bowl Parmenide has even been awarded a place in the Museum of Modern Art in New York.
The grater is made of polished stainless steel and comes in several different colours. The Parmenide is 6.7 cm high, 15.3 cm long and 7.5 cm wide.
