1. Position the wine tap above the neck of the bottle and push firmly, in one smooth motion across the neck of the bottle. This will cause the Coravin-needle through the cork of the wine bottle.
2. Tilt the bottle with the spout above the glass. Push briefly against the lever, release and pour.
3. When you finish pouring, remove the wine system from the bottle again. This is done by removing the lever from the bottle with a smooth upward motion.
4. Be sure to clean the wine system properly after use to increase its lifespan. This is easy and quick to do with warm water and a dry cloth.
