The mixture of eggs, cream and grated cheese is combined with a filling of your choice, such as spinach, ham or onion, and baked in a quiche form with dough. Perfect for preparing in advance and serving both hot and cold, this dish is ideal for a leisurely dinner or lunch with friends and family.

Ingredients

  • 5 eggs
  • 100 ml cream
  • 1 roll of quiche and pie dough
  • 2 handfuls of grated cheese of your choice
  • one of the filling variations of your choice

How to make a quiche.

    1. Preheat the oven to 190 ℃.
    2. Beat the eggs and cream until smooth in a mixing bowl.
    3. Choose one of the filling variations here and mix these ingredients well into the eggs and cream mixture.
    4. Roll the quiche and cake dough on some baking paper or on a countertop with some flour. Grease the quiche shape, or cover it with some baking paper. Cover the quiche with the dough. Make sure you clad the edges well! Then fill the quiche with the filling.
    5. Sprinkle the quiche with grated cheese and bake the quiche in the middle of the oven for 35 to 40 minutes until golden brown. Every oven is different, always keep an eye on things. Enjoy!
