Protein banana bread
Protein banana bread is a healthy snack, rich in protein and with no added sugars. The batter is made from ripe bananas, eggs, dates, oatmeal flour, protein powder and walnuts, then baked for 30 minutes until golden brown. This nutritious bread is perfect for breakfast, snack or take-out, and can also be easily frozen by the slice.

Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas (about 350 grams)
- 3 eggs
- 8 dates
- 130 grams of gluten-free oatmeal flour (you can buy this, or just put your oatmeal through a blender)
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 2 scoops (vegetable) whey protein powder vanilla
- 3 teaspoons cinnamon
- A handful of chopped walnuts (Possibly a few extra along with some goji berries for garnish)
