Ingredients

  • 100 grams of spelt flour (whole wheat)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • 100 ml almond milk (sugar free)
  • half teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon (tartar) baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

American pancakes

    1. Put the spelled flour in a mixing bowl, together with the baking soda and baking powder.
    2. As a result, mix the mashed banana, almond milk, vanilla extract and the egg. Mix well with a whisk.
    3. Spoon the pancake mixture into a pan with a gravy spoon (first melt some cosos oil or olive oil). Add a little mixture to the pancake after half a minute, so that the pancakes get nice and thick.
    4. Let the pancake bake over low heat, until air bubbles can be seen.
    5. Put them with a spatula and bake nicely golden brown on the other side.
    6. Repeat this until the mix is ​​up and stack the pancakes on a plate. Sprinkle with agave syrup, honey or fresh fruit. Enjoy!
