Ingredients
- 75 grams of rice flour
- 75 grams of almond flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- pinch of salt
- 125 ml almond milk (or rice milk, whichever you prefer)
- 100 ml spa red (really. The carbonation gives the pancakes lightness
- 1 diced apple (or several apples as desired)
- Garnish as desired: for example raisins, nuts or some frozen fruit
- for baking: coconut oil
- possibly honey for over the pancakes (or sweet with maple syrup)
