Strawberry banana smoothie

Vary with your favorite fruits! This smoothie is delicious for breakfast or as a snack! Alternate between your breakfast choices with this delicious smoothie!

Ingredients

  • 2 handfuls of Dutch strawberries
  • 1 small or half a large banana
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 250 ml vegetable milk (or goat/lactose-free milk )
  • 1 tablespoon of linseed

Strawberry banana smoothie

    1. Put all the ingredients in the blender and blend in about 1 minute until an even smoothie. Very tasty with a few ice cubes.

You can vary endlessly with the vegetable milk and banana as the basis. One day make this strawberry banana smoothie, the next blueberry smoothie and then a version with raspberries or mango. Fruit is delicious, that's what it comes down to. Simply use your favorite fruit in this smoothie.

The tablespoon of linseed does wonders for your intestinal flora. For almost 2 years I have been eating at least 1 or 2 tablespoons of linseed every day. You can do it by smoothies, such as in this recipe, but also through your overnight oats, yogurt, wheat rass shot and salads. It has had a very positive effect on my abdominal complaints.
