  • Coffee maker or espresso machine
  • Tall mug or glass
  • Spoon or whisk for stirring

Ingredients

  • 1 shot espresso or 100 ml strong coffee
  • 150 ml milk (whole or plant-based)
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder or chocolate syrup
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 tsp sugar (optional, to taste)

Iced Mocha

    1. Dissolve the cocoa powder (or use chocolate syrup) and sugar in the hot coffee.
    2. Let the coffee mixture cool slightly.
    3. Fill a large glass with ice cubes.
    4. Pour in the cooled coffee.
    5. Add the milk and stir well.
    6. Garnish with whipped cream and a drizzle of chocolate sauce for extra luxury.

The Iced Mocha is a refreshing twist on your daily cup of coffee. Ideal as a thirst quencher or a sweet pick-me-up in the afternoon.
