What a wonderful comfort food a burger can be. Where some people are sometimes (or more often) tempted to go through the drive-inn "quickly", you really won't get me that far. After all, how much tastier do these gluten-free burgers with focaccia bread look? I can't get a pre-fab burger like this, even though some chains now offer gluten-free burgers. This burger tastes so much better, fresh and pure. And serving it on a focaccia bun instead of a soggy hamburger bun gives your burger even more flavor!

Recipe
