- 300 grams (lean beef) minced meat
- 3 focaccia bread rolls
- 75 grams (sheep) feta cheese if desired
- 2 onions
- 3 handfuls of rocket salad
- 1 can of tomato paste (140 grams)
- 25 small pickles
- 3 teaspoons dried basil
- 3 teaspoons oregano
