Several times already I did a detox, where you drink only juices for a few days (usually 3 to 5). I find that pretty tough, especially combined with a job where you're out of the office from 8am-6pm. I actually always eat extremely healthy, so I don't notice the standard withdrawal symptoms during a detox, but it's pretty good to give your body a boost once in a while. Of course, you can do that even without a "radical" detox. Of course, drinking a green detox juice every day to provide your body with extra vitamins and minerals is also a very healthy choice!

Green detox juice

Green detox juice is a healthy drink packed with vitamins and minerals, ideal for a daily boost. A blend of green apples, spinach, celery, cucumber, oranges, limes and ginger is freshly squeezed with a slow juicer. The juice can be frozen in portions and is perfect for enjoying a refreshing and nutritious glass in the morning.

Ingredients

  • 6 green apples
  • 1 bag of spinach (450 grams)
  • 1 bunch of celery
  • 3 limes
  • good piece of ginger
  • 2 oranges
  • 1 large cucumber

How do you make a green detox juice?

    1. Use a slowjuicer or juicer. Wash the vegetables well and cut them into the size so that they fit through the juicer.
    2. Divide the juice over the pots and freeze them. Remove a portion from the freezer the night before and place in the fridge. In the morning you have wonderfully fresh juice!
