In fact, you prepare it the night before, wrap the wrap in cling film and put it in a container and you have a fantastic lunch the next day at work. This protein wrap with salmon and avocado is a delicious, light and nutritious lunch. With an omelet as a wrap, filled with smoked salmon, avocado, cucumber and fresh corn salad, it offers a tasty and healthy meal. Ideal for a lunch without bread and packed with protein and healthy fats that will give you long-lasting energy!

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable milk
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/4 cucumber
  • 3-4 slices of smoked salmon
  • Two handfuls of lamb's lettuce
  • Some fresh or dried herbs
  • pepper and salt

How to make a protein wrap with salmon and avocado?

    1. Cut the avocado half and leave the pit. You only need half an avocado and with the pit in it, you can keep an avocado longer without browning. Cut half in the length without spilling, without cutting the skin. Then cut over the width into small pieces and spoon the pieces of avocado out of the skin.
    2. Cut the quarter cucumber into small strips.
    3. Beat the eggs with the vegetable milk and a teaspoon of dill and a spoon of oregano. Put a small dash of olive oil in a pan and fry an omelet. Some salt and pepper over it.
    4. Place the omelet on a plate and spread the avocado, cucumber, lamb's and salmon over 1 half. Then roll up the proteap slowly and garnish with some lamb's lettuce.
    5. Enjoy your meal!
