Airy turban apple cake

- Bundt pan with a diameter of approx. 25 cm Mixer (hand mixer or food processor)

- 2 apples (for example Jonagold or Elstar)
- (optional) Icing sugar for dusting
- (optional) Whipped cream or vanilla ice cream for serving
