Ingredients

  • 200g flour
  • 150g butter
  • 150g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
  • 100g raisins
  • Pinch of salt
  • Icing sugar

Delicious turban

    Preheat the oven to 180°F (200°C) and ensure the rack is positioned slightly below the center. Grease the Bundt pan with butter and dust lightly with flour or use baking spray. Beat the butter in a large bowl until soft and creamy. Then, all at once, add the Bundt pan mix, eggs, and milk. Beat everything together on low speed with a mixer for 1 minute until smooth. Then beat the batter on high speed for about 3 minutes until fluffy. Pour the batter directly into the Bundt pan.
