How it works Coravin Wine System Sparkling?

1. Install the Coravin Sparkling Stopper
After you have poured as much sparkling wine as you want, move the stopper's locking lever all the way up to the unlocked position. Place the stopper on the opened bottle and press the locking lever down firmly until it is flush.

2. Charge the bottle with CO2
Check that the pressure indicator is green, indicating a Coravin Pure™ Sparkling CO2 capsule is installed. Place the charger on top of the stopper and press firmly. The pressure indicator will turn red to indicate that the bottle is ready to be charged. When the pressure indicator switches back to green, the bottle is fully charged.

Coravin Sparkling Accessories

This wine system comes with accessories. For example, you get a patented Sparkling Stopper with it. This fits any standard or magnum bottle and locks securely in place. Additionally, you need CO2 capsules to operate this system. The exclusive Coravin Pure™ Sparkling CO2 capsules preserve the wine's flavor and bubbles. Each capsule stores up to 7 standard bottles.
