- 600 grams of small boiled potatoes (may be peeled)
- 200 - 250 grams smoked salmon fillet
- 400 grams green beans
- 200 grams of peas
- 2 spring onions
- 2 tablespoons capers
- 2 sprigs of chives
- 1 tablespoon of mustard (note: sugar-free)
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- juice of 1 lemon
- a few leaves of fresh mint
- pepper and salt
