Avocado and salmon go soooo well together! I can't get enough of that combination and luckily there are plenty of recipes with salmon and avocado to come up with. These salmon rolls with avocado are perfect as a Christmas appetizer and as always very simple to prepare. Also delicious as a healthy party snack by the way!

Salmon rolls with avocado

With a teaspoon of dill for that little extra flavor; tasty and fresh! Perfect for with drinks or as a party snack! Surprise your guests with this delicious recipe!

Ingredients

  • 300 grams of smoked salmon
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon dill
  • handful of fresh chives
  • lemon juice to taste
  • sesame seeds
  • pepper and salt

Salmon rolls with avocado

    1. Mash the avocado and add the sour cream, dill, chives, lemon juice and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix this well.
    2. Place a slice of smoked salmon on a piece of household foil. Spread the salmon with a layer of avocadoma mixture. Then carefully roll up the salmon, using the household film.
    3. Sprinkle the salmon with sesame seeds. Let the salmon rolls set in the fridge for at least two hours.
    4. Just before serving, remove the rolls from the fridge and cut them into pieces. Finish with a branch of chives. Enjoy!
