Whereas oatmeal had a super stuffy image just a few years ago, it has suddenly become very popular recently as a healthy food. Almost two years ago I already posted the first recipes of overnight oats, oatmeal with plant-based milk and superfoods that you leave in the fridge overnight. The next morning it is a delicious breakfast, very nutritious and filling. But it's cold, and that's not always nice in winter. That's why I am sharing this recipe for a tropical oatmeal breakfast with mango, coconut and banana chips, which is nice and warm.
