Today is my birthday! Yippee!!! Especially on a birthday you deserve a fantastic start to your day, but starting a day without a superfood breakfast is nothing to me. For me, a breakfast has to meet a few requirements:

- It must be filling

- It must be quick and simple to make

- It should preferably contain some fruit

Superfood breakfast

A simple and quick breakfast that is filling and nutritious. It is full of super ingredients and vitamins. What more could you want!

Ingredients

  • 1 pomegranate
  • Half a mango
  • 250 ml vegetable yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon crushed flaxseed
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa nibs

Superfood breakfast

    1. Toddler the pomegranate seeds from the pomegranate (carefully, the juice gives stains).
    2. Peel the mango and cut it into small cubes
    3. Pour the yogurt in a glass or bowl and divide a lot of pomegranate seeds and pieces of mango on it.
    4. Then add the linseed and the cocoonibs.
    5. Stir together (first take your photo for Instagram ;-)) and enjoy this delicious breakfast!
