Ingredients

  • 130 grams of coconut rind
  • 20 grams of almond flour
  • 3 egg whites (eggs size L)
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 ripe banana

Sugar-free coconut balls

    1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees
    2. Puree the banana with coconut grater, almond flour and salt in a food processor or with a hand blender.
    3. Separate the eggs and beat the 3 proteins into white peaks. If you keep the bowl upside down, no protein should run; That way you know if they have been beaten firmly enough.
    4. Carefully mix the protein foam with the coconut mixture.
    5. Cover a baking sheet with baking paper and scoop nice balls from the mixture with a ice cream tong (or a normal spoon) until it is finished. Bake nicely golden brown in the oven in about 15 minutes.
    6. Enjoy!
