With the warm temperatures of the past few days and also the nice weather still predicted, refreshing summer drinks are no luxury. You may remember the recipe from last year of the detox water. This delicious drink with cucumber fresh mint and lemon is still one of my favorite summer drinks.

Sugar-free iced tea

Super simple, and without pounds of sugar. This iced tea is wonderfully refreshing, perfect for a hot summer day!

Cooling time 30 min
Total 40 min

Ingredients

  • 1 liter of boiling water
  • 2 sachets of green tea
  • half a lemon
  • handful of fresh mint leaves

Sugar-free iced tea

    1. Kook The water and let the tea bags pull for about 5 minutes.
    2. Add a half lemon juice and possibly some more slices of lemon (depending on what you like)
    3. Allow the tea to cool down by adding a little bit of cold water, some ice cubes and also in the fridge.
    4. Knear some mint leaves when the tea has cooled and put them in the jug. Finished!
