Ingredients
- 175 grams of gluten-free oatmeal
- 200 ml soy or almond milk
- 1 banana
- 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 teaspoons (gluten-free) baking powder
- 1 egg
- 2 figs
- 20 grams of pecans (roasted for 5 minutes at 180 degrees)
- Coconut oil (or butter) for frying
