Before and especially after exercise, it is important to keep your body well hydrated. This is because your body not only loses moisture, but also important vitamins and minerals. Unfortunately, many sports drinks from the store are true sugar bombs, so I got to work with a homemade smoothie with coconut water for after exercise.

Smoothie with coconut water

It's important to hydrate properly before, during and after exercise. This smoothie will do more than just replenish your hydration. Ideal sugar-free sports drink!

Ingredients

  • 1 packet of coconut water (330ml)
  • 1 handful of strawberries
  • 1 handful of blackberries
  • 1 handful blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • 2 teaspoons flaxseed

Smoothie with coconut water

    1. Wash the fruit and do this together with the linseed and coconut water in a blender. Blend into a smooth whole and pour into a glass. When it is hot you can possibly add some ice cubes. Enjoy!
