  • 1 banana
  • 15 grams dark chocolate 92% cocoa
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 1 generous splash of vegetable milk
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter

Banana smoothie

    1. Peel the banana and cut into three pieces and put it in the blender.
    2. Add the Greek yogurt, milk and peanut butter to the banana and mix this for about a minute into a glass of mixture.
