Mug cake with raspberry

This mug cake is simple, quick to prepare, but very tasty. And it is also gluten and sugar free! Perfect as a dessert or just as a snack with tea and coffee!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 1/2 ripe banana
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 10-12 fresh raspberries

Mug cake with raspberry

    1. Mash the banana and put all other ingredients except the raspberries in a mixing bowl. Mix briefly with a mixer until a smooth mixture.
    2. Then carefully scoop in the raspberries and use a spoon to scoop the mixture into a large mug.
    3. Put the mug in the microwave for 2 minutes at 750 watts. Your mosquito cake is ready!
